Topic: EB2 - I NSC:- Sept 2nd 2008 - one member approved

That poster clearly mentioned that his approval is for EAD and not for 485.

Topic: Stimulus Package -2007

Hi,

I am in the same situation. One slight difference though, my wife had her SSN but by mistake I used her ITIN number. I tried filing an amendment, but it was of no use.

I called up IRS to find out why. I was told that the stimulus refunds were given based on original filing only and amendments would not be considered. The IRS agent told me that for 2008 returns, there MAY BE provisions for people like to us to claim the missed refund.

Regards

Topic: Processing pattern

The report mentions that the expense is for the period Jan-Jun2006 ie just for 6 months.
But I do agree. They should be more transparent with their expenses. More people would contribute, (afterall it is just $20/month), if they provided more details of where the money is being spent.
