Topic: Is it possible to have more than one 485 filed and pending ?
LRIndy,
I know that it is possible to do it - both EB and FB pending. I am in the same dilemma...I keep thinking i am close, but then I feel disappointed with every passing VB....my date isnt current. I am almost at the point of also applying FB....my HR even talked to me about it...saying why not try that too...
Totally frustrated...but going to wait until Dec bulletin is out or Jan and by end of Jan decide..

I have a question for you...if they sent a FP notice when I had to renew my EAD (this was in Aug 08) will they use the same for 485, or will they send another FP notice? My 485 FP was done in June 07....so clearly more than 15 months now...

I have a question...when you renew your EAD and they ask you to go for fingerprinting...would they use that instead of asking you to go again for the 485, since now that is more than 15 months old? |

I have a question along the same lines: if we were fingerprinted again,...but not for I485 but for EAD renewal...would USCIS use that or would they send another FP notice for I485 once it expires....anyone? |

as far as my case is concerned,...i am not current this month or next month...so I am not expecting anything to happen...but hoping that at least dec. bulletin will progress and maybe i will have a chance...

RFE on 10/08 and responded on 10/16...status change to "...case resumend..." on 10/17, 10/20, 10/21, 10/22...

I replied on Oct 16, they received on 17, and I saw a LUD and change of status to "...response received...and case processing resumed", and LUDs again on 20, 21 and 22nd.

I recently received an RFE, responded to it and the status changed on 17th to case resumed..now i see LUDs for that friday yesterday, today etc...since my PD isnt current anymore...what can they be doing with my case?
I hope that the december bulletin is a little better....so at least i can hope for approval.. |

I am in a similar boat....my attorney worked with AILA as well...now I got an RFE and responded..and got LUDs, but I am not current anymore..this seems to be a head-spinning cycle...
