Topic: Stats on EB3 India.

Sure. I missed a great opportunity in 2004 when USCIS screwed up my I-140 with a stupid questions.

By the time they approve my I-140, dates went back. Since then the PD never touched 2002 except during the July/2007 fiasco.

I too have masters dgree(MCA), but my lawer refused to file in EB2 saying that my job does not require masters, which is very true.

Definitely we will be be in touch and i will let you know as soon as i have any updates on my case.

Thx,

Topic: a sad story of american dream

Suicide is not a solution for any problem. It's foolishness.
His family paid the price for his mistake.

Life is more important than GC, JOB, Stocks etc.

We all are facing problems. But it's part of life.

Topic: Where are the EB3 India folks?

Iam Jan 2002. Lost hope completely. Bad luck and bad timing at each and every step of my GC process.
All of my fiends became citizens already. I have a good heart to see good things happen to my firends.
But after all iam a human being. I think i deserve to hope for some good in my life. Don't have enough intelligence to understand the most illogical way of GC processing.

Topic: Predictions for EB3 India for the new bulletin - start of FY '09

If at all it moves, 1 or 2 months forward not more than that.
I am not saying this because my PD is 01/2002,
when we look at the past, never moved that much except in late 2005 and early 2006.

I don't understand why these categories EB1, 2, 3. Because they are not stricly following the criteria.
How many of the applications really fit to the criteria of the category they are in?.

I don't mind buying a lottery ticket and losing the money, because the only qualification required to buy a lottery ticket is money.

But this is a different kind of lottery.

Apologies if anybody's feelings hurt.

Topic: What are EB3 India guys up to ?

I'M EB3/PD-01/2002

Actually started GC in 1999. Lost Job in 2001 and again filed in 2002.
In 2003 i almost came close but because of an RFE in I-140 had to goback to India.
I'm back in 2005 and filed I-485 in 06/2007.

The dates for EB3 were current between 2003 - 2004, but missed that opportunity.

I am ready to wait for the GC but can any one tell me where is the limit/boundary.

Topic: HELP !!! Need Suggestions !!! Please !!!

If you do not hav any travel plans, you don't need AP.

Your kid can be on pending I-485 status so doesn't need EAD.
If he has his SSN(for TAx purposes) thru the existing EAD, then no need to renew his EAD.

Hope this helps.
