Topic: Help with RFE: NSC

Can somebody help, we got EVL request together with earning info, but this was for future job, after getting GC. What to answer? Job "still exist and waiting"? what about "date you began employment"? What to say - right after GC will be approved. Please share your thoughts.

It was based on my experience. That is all. Nothing to scare you.
It is your case and you should probably do what you want. Good luck to you!

Topic: Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative

G-28 should be issued and be signed (dated currently) in all steps of the process with each AOS, I-140, EAD, AP application. In AOS, EAD, I-130, Ap cases you can easy cancel his representation, in I-140 company can. For each client I have sometimes five G28. Nothing special, this is to avoid returns of your case due to this paper.

Topic: 1-94

He should get his I-94, each h-4 applicant should get approval and his I-94. Was you on H-1? Or H-4?

Topic: RFE for I-485 (advise please)

You should get the SAME supporting documents (same nature) that you filed with your I-140 but about your future projects, today's projects, your acivity after I-140 was filed.
It should NOT be the same documents as you can understand, but the same list of supporting documents that you did file with your I-140 originally. Try to get employement leters with detailed explanation that you are perfect and outstanding. It could be from professors, peer organizations, even coworkers with "names" in your field. They want to see that you is not only "special"(they approved and agreed in your I-140) , but you will be "special" and you will be working in this special field in near future (nature of AOS for NIW). More papers you will get - more chances. as much as you can. We did file once for person - it was 50sm. file, around 10 lb. It was approved. BUT take our time, you should collect as much as you can.

Topic: What is the Section in your I-485 Receipt Notice?

"Adjustment as direct beneficiary of immigration petition". Or "Derivative adjustment" should be there.

Topic: What is the Section in your I-485 Receipt Notice?

Do not worry, this is nothing to worry about.
During these crazy days (July-August) 30% of all receipts were with this info (mistakes).
AILA explained it as USCIS' typing mistakes and suggested to call USCIS and ask them to correct it. If you have time you can mail them and ask them to correct it. We called USCIS and they told us that this is OK and in their system everything looks fine. It is just mistake on receipt. You can dial them and double check.
