Topic: Can you work through the internet for your sponsoring company ?

As long as my sponsoring company agrees that I work using internet does it makes any difference what my labor says?
I got another offer from different state and it is possible for me it is possible to work this two jobs my sponsor doesn't mind.
But as most of you I do not want to be in troubles that is why I am trying to get views from other perspective.
Just like most people said here GC is for future employment so I am just wondering...

Topic: Travel on F1

I can see in your profile that you have i-485 pending did you apply for AP? This might be solution but before you go I would talk to the good immigration lawyer

if you got your visa here it means that you cannot travel just like that if you cross the border you will loose your status and you will have to go to embassy in your home country to apply for visa and depending on where you came from you may not get this visa (if they deny it to your son they may deny it to you as well) Living the country might be a big problem for you because you may have problems with coming back
