RFE was for my wife regrading Marriage Certificate. So, i applied for my renewal of EAD on the 11/20. Got LUD on 11/21 then got Soft LUDS on 22 and then today, 24th. I wasn't too optimistic as these luds keep on taking place and nothing really happens but....

Maybe my renewal for EAD triggered it coz all checks were done, my PD was current- who knows...

I was just talking to my wife while holding my blackberry. We were in the middle of something serious, when i just happened to take a look at email and saw the CPO mails!!!

man, i can't tell you how stunned i was coz i had just checked the mail 5 mts ago related to work and there was nothing.

This happened 10 mts ago!!!!

the first instinct was to log on here and share the good news.

Topic: LUDs because of USCIS website maintenance?

not really sure that LUDs mean much....my wife got RFE in Sept. they received the response on Sep15th and case was resumed. Then luds on both of us on 9/23 and since then, no news.!!

I thought after resuming the case, one should hear something in a month or two. My Pd has been current for last 7 months, so no issues there as well. My FP/NC etc is all clear [according to infopass].

So, don't really know what Luds mean...
