I got Greencard approval email today morning... I did open a service request on May26th. Also did sent my EAD extension on 6/6/08 also sent to letters to Senator (ca) & to CIS Ombudsman on 6/7/08. Hope you guys will get soon too... and Goodluck to everyone. |

I applied for my EAD renewal and it's reached Nebraska on 06/06/08. Still checks are not cashed..... Also sent letters to Senator and also CIS Ombudsman letters last week. something worked.

Hey... Your second EAD is valid from when? Those dates are after expiring the first one or from the date they approved. Please let me know once you receive the physical card. I really appreciate... |

No luck still for me.. I called uscis using poj method today and it went to NCSC and the guy told he don't have any info and somehow he transfered me to higher level and that guy told my name check is not cleared. I felt horrible because I went to infopass in feb'08 they told they were waiting for my case to get current everything cleared... and also confirmed next day by calling uscis using poj. they also confirmed that all my checks are cleared... I don't know what to say.. I think all the info we are getting is not correct... Whom to believe... really confused
I got SOFT LUD'Son 5/9,5/12&5/15... and no rfe...
Is it better to contact senator and CIS ombudsman
Any one in similar situation let me know...
we have to do something or else nothing will happen..
atleast we need to know why we have soft lud's... |
