My I140 was approved in July 2007 but it still shows that it was received and pending. I asked my lawyer and they told me that texas systems have had these problems and not a big deal. |

If Affidavits can work for missing or improper Birth Certificates, the same should work for Marriage certificates. Consult a lawyer and find out if you can get an affidavit from your parents and your wifes parents along with the copies of theirs passports. Yo0u have your marriage photos and these affidavits should help. |

In any form you fill up there must be a option for "other names used" . You can put down FNU Sita against other names used and put her original name as in her passport against Spouse name. This might work |
