Topic: Time for L1 visa extension?

spvihar - you can only apply for your L1 extension within 6 months of expiry. when you apply, check to see what the USCIS processing dates are for this. mine took about 45 days.

Topic: EB1C Processing Period

puma08 - the logic is that there is NO logic with how USCIS processes anything. take a look at my profile. according to Nebraska they are only processes jul 07 applications, but my 140 was approved this week. i just hope they speed up the review and approval of my 485 also.

jklife2006 - good luck and let us know what happens. you have many sane people here who care and want to help each other.

everyone - when you see stupid posts like the ones from "moralslastick", don't reply, just hit the "report this" button and the good people of trackitt will take care of him

Topic: How to get I-140 or I-485 case number

mam2008,
140 - your employer (or company lawyer) do not have to give you your 140 receipt number since they are the applicant. if they are nice, they will give it to you, a lot of people on trackitt were not able to get theirs, so don't feel bad if you can't get it. my company lawyer was nice enough to give me the number. if you schedule an infopass, you still can't get it because you are not the applicant.

145 - uscis will send a fingerprint notice to you personally and another copy to your employer, you will find the number for the 145 on that notice.
