Topic: IF EAD renewal doen'st come in time, is it ok?

You are not out of status but you cant work. It is not a good thing. You should harrass USCIS if you think there may be a gap. They might expedite ur EAD renewal. Dont sit on this. Make sure you get your renewal before the current one expires!

Thanks God. Status changed to CPO today Oct 31, 2008. I am really happy. Thank you all and hope you get your GC soon. I replied to a RFE on Oct 15, 2008.


Congrats.. Quick Q) I am only shwoing approval notice sent? No CPO as yet.. Is it the same thing? How long before you get GC in mail?
