After reading the Fragomen's reply memo i got a feeling that both parties will not change direction, it will be resolved by judge only.....however attorneys defendants are heavy heavy guys that will fight hard to get resolution of the case, hope it will be soon....

i spoke with a fragomen attorney this week and audit cases could take at least 9 months or more, they will be more certain around october.... let's be optimistic guys
