Hi Folks, got my Green Card today Sunday May 11, I am Canadian, EB2, September 2007 started the process, 140 in March, RFE in April, May 5 card ordered, I think Nebraska is working hard . I was hesitant to post because my card arrived so quickly and many of you have been waiting years..I have been a silent partner on this board but have learned so much and I wish you all the best in your "green journry"..all the best eh!! HI Folks, I got GREENED today, I am Canadian, EB2, Nebraska, My date was September 2007, 140 approved in March, RFE in April, May 5th card ordered and May 11, got my card in about 8 months, ...I think Nebraska is really working . I was hesitant to post today because so many of you have waited YEARS for your card and I truly feel priviledged that mine came so quickly, I have been a silent partner on this forum but I have learned so much and thank you and wish you all well in your "green journey"..Cheers.. |

I returned my RFE for Birth certificate on April 15/08 and I am trying to be patient..is it possible to get additional RFE or do they tend to do all the RFE in 1 request..I am also at Nebraska! Lets hope the 2 week turn around is correct.. |

Got a REF for a full length Birth certificate with both my parents name on it, (Canadian Birth Certificate) sent it in and a day later my case was reactivated..waiting to see what happes next.. |

When I went for my f/p the employee who greeted me told me my I-485 # will be my permanent # when my GC is issued..My 140 # is diffferent as well..hope this helps.. |

I don't think the dates mean anything.. I fined for my 1-94 extention on Dec 10/07 and got my renewal on January 25/08 and the Vermont website states they are doing November 27'07 work!! Figure that out!! Good luck everytone.... |

How do you know when you get a soft LUD? I have a receipt # but don't have an understanding of the process and how to check for this type of info..sorry I can't help you but if you could give me info that would be appreciated..new to this process..Thanks |
