Topic: Yoder recommended for DHS subcommittee

This is indeed excellent development. This raises possibility at its peak to include HR392 in appropriations bill Sept this year.

Appropriations bill is best and least controversial vehicle to get HR392 done if congress stays stalled on immigration.

Topic: IV call this Sunday, any predictions?

And this group is the only one with the right strategy starting with HR 3012 all the way through to HR 392.
Unfortunately for biomed and myself we have to see another cycle of this nonsense bill and cosponser drama next year again with a rehashed bill.

I'm not saying IV has 'grand' or 'right' strategy , but at-least they have one and they are consistent on what they believe in and they are following it steadily and religiously.

Every non profit organization will always have one or more key person who get monetary benefit. I do always feel Aman and 1-2 people from IV do get some compensation for there role in IV. At the end of the day they have to pay bills too. I agree IV can be more transparent and that will add more credibility to work they are doing.

But at same time I'll back IV more than any other group since they are consistent on per country bill. Success has many fathers , failure is orphan , Multi year failure to pass fairness bill is big reason to downplay IV's role (and even to make fun out of them) . But nothing in guaranteed in politics. And many powerful and well paid lobbyist working in DC spend years before they see success. Donations IV get and there spending on lobbying is peanuts compare to other lobbyist.

Has IV messed up in past? Possible . but given that there most volunteers are backlogged , they have skin in game than any other group like RHC.

Aceman1 - In status-quo , Waiting patiently and watching PD dates moving forward painfully slow is only option backlogged folks like you and me have.
IV at-least offer most logical path 'to do something' for motivated folks/volunteers and which make sense to me and they do deserve right credit for that.

Topic: Please help RHC & Shalliji. Its now or never.

RHC has no strategy other than collecting money and doing another photo session at DC

RHC was sleeping and did nothing for backlog for decade and now ,they want to jump right in middle and project like they are savior. They have ZERO credibility or track record.

If RHC has so much influence in DC they can focus on getting things done through administrative fix (Make H4EAD permanent).

Topic: IV call this Sunday, any predictions?

No... But folks around here long enough know, only IV has consistent strategy and offer remote but realistic possibility to move HR392 for high skilled immigrant.

All other groups no matter how much they brag on twitter or any forum don't offer any strategy.

Topic: Immigration Reform is coming soon

Omnibus bill is done by various subcommittee behind close door and given to congress members with very little time to discuss.

homeland security comitee has to include HR392 this time, since it's bring minimum 4 Bn dollars for border security with no stings attached.

Topic: Goodlatte bill coming today - Any details ?

So currently each country can get max 7% of 120000 (EB1/2/3)=8400+spill over

With proposed bill (for EB1/2/3) it will be 7% of 175000=12250+spillover

Pushing to get rid of country quota is only way to go for Indians to make any big difference in there GC situation

Actually, If EB1C abuse stops , EB2/3 India will get around 117k Green cards every year (after this passes) and Queue will move super fast and will help every one. I hope WITCH realize this, control their greed and stop filing in EB1C.

EB1C abuse happens due to legal loopholes which are used due to backlog issue. why would any company exploit loophole and file EB1C if they know they can get EB2/3 at same speed right way?

Getting rid of country quota is only way to stop EB1C abuse.

9940 is in place of 7.1% of worldwide for EB4 and EB5 numbers. I don't see anything changing about country limits. There will be an increase of visas for each of EB1, EB2 and EB3 category from 40,040 to 58,373, we may get good amount of spill over.

Current Allocations for EB based GC
140000 *28.6% = 40040 GC for each category (Eb1/2/3)

Per country is 7.1% ~ 2843 in each category per year + Spill over

So Indian max can get 2843*3=8529 (for Eb1+2+3) +Spillover
--------------------------
Proposed Allocations under this bill for EB based GC

Will be 58373 for each category (Eb1/2/3)

Per country be 9940 in each category + Spill over

So Indian max can get 9940*3=29820 (for Eb1+2+3) +Spillover
--------------------------

Am I missing anything?

Topic: Should you follow IV?

It’s beyond funny what you are doing. Please stop, you are just making a fool of yourself. It is entertaining, but realize that you do not have any substance and that is making you look like an idiot. Your ramblings are having no impact because people see through trolls very quickly. You can create any number of ids to support yourself, but it still gives you away.

Same logic applies to IV supporters as well. Just show something credible to folks in backlog and you will automatically earn respect.

IV is Consistent on working what IV believe in.

May not be most effective or best But They atleast have strategy (HR3012/312/392) and they working as organization on what they believe.

What alternative you have to offer ? Tell us any other immigrant organization achieved any legislative. Success in past 10 years.

Trolling is easy and that's all you can offer to backlogged. Folks you looser.

Stop misleading .

Administration was not willing to assist legal backlogged. folks. Remember priority date rollback?

Again ..If IV is not on right strategy, Please share your SMART idea to assist backlogged folks
Start your own organization with like minded people.

Stop trackshitting if you don't have better plan on table

Hi Incore,
Instead of trolling IV, what have you done to reduce the backlog?

My Best Wishes are for every one including myself.
Do you know about AC21 Fiasco created by IV , how do you explain that ?

Incore and other trollers . Its high time that you stop bashing IV for there failures.

Atleast IV folks have been trying on strategy they believe in (HR3012->HR213->HR392) and working towards it for years and consistancy adds credibility.... Remember no immigration bill is passed in congress in past 10 years.

If you have any other strategy for helping backlogged community please share and explain logically.Folks here are open and waiting .

Just complains and bashing rant will make you look more fool than you might be.

Topic: Should you follow IV?

@VaderLuke

I'm full supporter of HR392 and IV and SIIA to extend. They are atleast doing ground work than trollers here who do nothing but keep bashing these immigrant orgs.

Atleast Aman Kapoor from IV showed guts to take on USCIS officials in video (not hard to find on youtube) .These trolls will piss in pant if they ever have to do that.

I keep wondering who are these trolls and whats there agenda? They offer ZERO credibility and NO alternate agenda.

NOW that HR392 or some sort of immigration fix is on horizon , all these trackshitters are showing up out of nowhere and ganging up againt grass root activist.
