Topic: If an owner who doesn't have green card nor U.S. citizen would like to sponsor H-1 or Green Card?

Hello guys,

Hear's a real situation,

Is it possible that if a company where owner is undocumented sponsors H-1 or Green Card, could it get approval? and is there no lawful problem?

Thanks,

Topic: Case Pending - Assigned to IO

In my experience, I am in as similar case as you. When I visited Infopass last month, I was told by IO that my case is pending but other dependents were cleared and the cases are already assigned to IO.

So I don't think assigned to IO means all security check is cleared.

Topic: LUD on approved I-140 --- Why?

My I140 LUD has been changed on Aug. 5, 2007, but I1485 hasn't yet moved by now. I don't know why the serial of massive LUD changes sometimes occurs. But if it is just for the purpose of the routine counting for I1485, I can't understand why LUD should be updated, because they can count them without LUD changes.

Oh, you have already known your name check is cleared. Was there no LUD change even though cleared?

Wow, now the rest of thing is one to get approval!
