Sorry to hear about you. Regarding the Attorney you can try the services of attorney Dehai Tao. He charges $1000.00 for AC-21 and will take care of any RFE's. For info about him you can search in Google. But he asks for a pay slip from new employer but you can talk to him...

I have applied my 485 last year under the new fee structure so there is NO fee for renewals and I can't cross verify aganist the checks being encashed.

I too haven't received the documents yet. I contacted the customer service people at 1-800-ask-usps, they took my confirmation and read me the same thing, however she told its retuned and the reason will be on the package.

I first went to UPS for mailing my documents and they Confirmed that they can't deliver to P.O.Box and Only USPS can do it.
That was the reason why I went for USPS and as per the AP Instructions, there is no other address apart from the P.O Box one I used.

Last week I mailed my documents to NSC to obtain Advance Parole documents to the address below through USPS:

P.O.Box 87131
Lincoln NE 68501-7131

They are supposed to reach by Yesterday and to my surprise when I tracked now, I am getting the following message.

Service(s): Delivery Confirmation™
Status: Undeliverable as Addressed

Your item was undeliverable as addressed at 6:25 AM on June 1, 2009 in LINCOLN, NE 68501. It is being returned if appropriate information is available.
Detailed Results:
Undeliverable as Addressed, June 01, 2009, 6:25 am, LINCOLN, NE 68501.

Please let me know if I had send it to the correct address or how to take care of this.

I am filing my AP renewal with the following documents.

1. I-131 application
2. Copy of Drivers license
3. Copy of EAD
4. copy of I-485 filing receipt
5. two passport phots with signature and A number on back.

and contemplating on sending a copy of old AP document [As per the Instructions its NOT needed].

I would send EAD (self and spouse) in one packet and AP (self and spouse) in another packet.
My friends did the same and got their renewals.

As per my understanding you don't need I-94 for AP Renwal. I hav gone throught the entire Instructions manual for filing AP.

I saw a SLUD on mine and my wife's 485. Our's is a Non-Concurent application and we filed I-485 in Aug 2008.
This is the first SLUD after the FP on Sep 02, 2008.
