Topic: Prevailing Wages question

people say GC will be revoked if one does not work for sponsoring employer. if the ask during reentry or during the time of citizenship. so just trying to not to go thru that experience. So is there is a problem working below prevailing wages mentioned in PERM? How low can one go without being questioned by the authorities later on?

If they get pissed? what if the worst comes? get a letter from the employer saying they do not need you?

Topic: Prevailing Wages question

Folks,

What happens if an employer is not willing to pay prevailing wages once your 485 (under EB2) is approved? Is it ok to bite the bullet and accept much lower pay than mentioned in PERM? What about applying for citizenship? will they check for prev wage? will the GC beneficiary have problem applying citizenship??

Overall, will it have any negative consequences in future? And, how long do you guys think one should stick to the sponsor?

Please do share your experiences.

Thanks,
G
