Hi

I applied for expedition on 5th sep, however no reply as of now from uscis.
I called them up today, customer rep told me that internally officer has asked the adjudication officer to give me a decision.

However i have not rec any update through mail from uscis.

Just wondering if it means an approval of expedition req or what? too confused ..!

anyone have any idea?

Hi

To me it seems that they have approved, else they would have specifically mentioned that we are rejecting it.
This is my opinion, not sure though.

Hi

I saw ur previous post. Does the reply you got means its an approval?

Also what reason did you give, if you don't mind sharing it.

Hi

I sent an expedite request on Friday 5th Sep.
I have not received any reply from them. Does that mean its rejected now?

How many days USCIS takes to reply back on expedition request?

I applied for expedite request on Friday morning (5th Sep) no reply from USCIS as yet.
I wonder why it is taking such long time in my case. Is it just luck or what?

It is so frustrating to see ppl who have applied long after have also received F1. Dont know on what basis applications are picked up?

I applied for extension after about 20 days of RFE response.

I dont think delay should be because of this as i hve heard there are two different departments, also attorney did not mention anything like this that two app can cause delay.

hi

if i dont get f1 on time, i will be dropping this semester as i dont want to study on h4.
if i drop the courses, i will have to withdraw f1 and go back to h4.
so just crossing my fingers to get f1 on time by this week else will have to withdraw f1..

Topic: I-539 : Processing time for H4 to F1

hi

looks like i am one of the unluckiest h4 to f1...

application received - 19th march
rfe - 7th july
rfe response - 30th july
till now no word from USCIS..

called on 5th Sep for expedite request, customer representative gave me a number, however no word from USCIS as of now.
15 days before USCIS replied on one of my SR saying that my case is under consideration, however no status update as yet.

Its so frustrating. :(
