I know there are a few different posts regarding MTR track, but I would like to add new track for only Texas service center. As we have seen that TSC center MTR is not moving anywhere after 3 months and so.. we do not know if they have sent our application to AAO office or not.

Mine is close to your. We have filled MTR on 10 july still waiting. my 140 says denied and 485 is still pending. 129b is still says pending at TSC

Hi dreamcard,
I also submitted my MTR and Appeal at the same time so, my 290b online says notice of appeal to commissioner with case status as: case received and pending.... I guess first it will consider motion to reopen and if they accept the evidence we have sent they will approve otherwise will send to DC. I hope that they will make favorable decision as my case was denied based on ATP and my company has more than 300 employees and good in financial condition. Let's see what will happen. |
