Topic: extension of H1B after 10th year.

Dear H1B Guys,
My 10th year of H1 is ending in a week. I want to apply for 3 more years extension. The Original Poster "anjalika400" didn't reply what actually happened.

From the other posters I understand 10+ years extension is possible. Can someone confirm?

I'm from South india too. I got the same RFE.

1. Why your name is K. Raja Mohi and Mohi Kattu. Show a proof of name change. ( Damn initial )

2. Parentage - Show me a proof with your dad and mom's name in it. (Birth Cert )

Topic: Expired verison of Form I-765 is available through USCIS Website.

Till today October 2nd (Happy Birthday Gandhiji..!) no updated version of 765 available in USCIS.gov

Current form (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-765.pdf)reads OMB No.1615-0040; Expires 08/31/08.

Totally ridiculous.

Have you heard anything new?
