I have neither receive any rejection nor approval at this time. I am tired of waiting for the result and i am planning to get my money back from my lawyer. i believe that there is no chance of getting a visa at this time.

is there anyone who's 2009 H1B application got denied for this years quota? or do you know someone that his/her H1B application got denied? and please give the reason why it was denied. |

until now, my lawyer have not receive any approval nor rejection letter. my lawyer emailed me that she had spoke to the AILA liason and they told her that thee USCIS is waiting to see how many request for evidence of already filed H1B would get denied. Then if they do then the files on reserve would go on.
how true? and is their anyone here who was denied or do you know someone who was denied for this years H1B |

until now I did not receive any update from my lawyer. same as my friend who is a nurse, we have the same lawyer. our files have not been sent back by USCIS as of this time,we have not receive neither approval nor rejection.
how about you? did you receive an approval? |

Hi rm78,I have not heard any update from my lawyer if she had receive a rejection letter/returned application nor approval. she is not responding to my email anymore. do you think there is still chance of getting a visa nowadays? especially that the uscis announced that there wold be no waitlist this year.May i know what country are you from? |

hi rm78, i too have the same situation as yours, my lawyer did not received any returned application/rejection nor a notice of receipt. my lawyer just told me to wait?! until when should we wait ? since the uscis have posted an announcement that there will be no waitlist for this fiscal year.can anyone have an idea if there is still a chance to have a visa or notice of receipt? |

we have the same case, i am also in a premium processing and my papers were file in Nebraska service center because my employer is from chicago but until now, my lawyer did not received any rejection or approval letter. the good thing for us is that we have a good communication from our lawyer. |
