Topic: Leave to remain in UK, HSMP approved in old scheme

Hi,

I am in UK, I have HSMP approved under old scheme and now applied for leave to remain as Tier-1.

Application sent: 13-May-08
Ref no received: 21-May-08
Fee debited: 21-May-08
Status: Waiting as of 16-Jun-08.

They given me time of 28 days to process application in the reference number letter, Now Home office is saying it can take 10 weeks. Is someone received update or approval recently? Please share news/updates.

Thanks
D

Topic: dependant entry to uk

Hi Sanna,

You can fill dependent form and pay fee separately, there would be maintenance requirements. Your husband have to show maintenance fund (bank balance).
