Topic: approval notice sent receive while outside the US....

I used my parole and they asked for my H1 stamped passport, took about 5 mins... I am not sure but I dont think you can get in using only your parole, you must have a valid passport and maybe a H1 visa...

next time I will have my GC with me...no more problems...

I have got several RFE's, it took a week to receive an email from CRIS that they have recived the documents after we have sent them...My lawyer use certified mail.

On my first RFE (I-140) was approved on 2 weeks after they received it; RFE on my I-485, its been 5 days after they've recieved it...so hopefully soon..

Topic: how long after they received RFE docs?

I've been trying to track how long does it takes after USCIS received RFE documents; it is a wide spread from 2 days to 12 months. My RFE was for employment verification letter and affidavit listing organization/memberships since my 16th birthday...according to the certified mail receipt they got my docs today....any comments?

If my wife (dependant) got an RFE too, will my case be on hold until she reply? (my wife's RFE is for TB skin test and affidavit for organization/memberships....)We'll sent documents to USCIS today...
