Topic: very old priority date(november2001)

Stanley, i suggest you to get in touch with your Congressman and Senator. Explain them your case and tell them the current processing dates, they will be helpful to you. If this doesn't work, send a letter to First Lady. Best of luck.

Topic: First time re-entry US with GC

I entered US (IAD) on Sep 6th. The only thing they asked me was "How long I was out of US?". No questions regarding my current employer or who sponsored my GC. No issues at all. Have a good trip.

Thanks McBush. We had our biometrics done on Dec 5th 2007. Its just been 7 months we had one. Do you think we need to have one more before we can get our cards.

Hi, I got my I-485 approval on June 3rd. I received the approval emails and also received the 485 approval notice. But i haven't received my cards nor the Card Production order emails. Its more than a month and i am still waiting. I am planning to go out of country on first week of Aug, i am planning to get my passports stamped at USCIS local office.

My case was with NSC, are there any one else who are still waiting for Cards? Is there anything i can do to expedite the Card Production (like sending letter to Congressman). Kindly let me know if anyone else in the same boat. Thanks.
