Hi all
Please help me what to do now , My case is pending(I-140,I-485,EAD,AP) more then 20 months, I got EAD and AP's for my family only after 5 months I submit my case,
When ever I called for my EAD and AP's they saying your case is in Name check or Security checks and even they are not clearing my I140 which is nothing to do with Name check or Security checks, I don't understand whats going on with my case,(I contact my congressman they reply him with same reason)
please help me if i can do somthing else

My I140 is not approved yet that was PP but they r not giving me 1000 back also....its almost 15 months....i called 20 times for my 140 they do SR and then same reply that UR case is under review contact us after 3 or 6 months...now....no EAD no AP approved from 15 months...140 and 485 still pending.... lawyer saying he can't do anything more...
please tell me what to do now.... u can see my case ..

My case is not moving from 14 months saying in NC....that was PP I140.... but my EAD and AP all r not moving from 14 months ..can you pls help me or give me ur contact number so i can talk to you regarding this...i am from Michigan...and i am pakistani...

Topic: Moving to Canada While his or her Green card is pending...
Hi all,
Need help... If I move to Canada while my green card is pending and don't know when my name check will get clear
its almost more then 1 year..no EAD..no AP no even I-140 everything stuck in name check. I called 100 times and same answer they can't do anything till name check get clear.
Well...Now I'm thinking about moving to Canada on my Canadain PR card..which i got last year..
What should I do if i go there. keep my green card application running or if there is any other options for me ? please reply me if anybody have information regarding this....I really need help...
