The problem is not the pay slips. I can provide A4 payslips in Letterhead Pad. But I cannot show bank statement. Anyone got approved with signed payslips and salary grid mentioning cash payment along with Tax papers? |

I get my salary in cash and this is what happens in more than 70% cases in my country. And my company is a small company regarding the number of employees. So our employer and also the employees prefer cash salary payment. But here in this site and in HSMP guidelines there is no mentioning regarding cash salary payment. Anyone applied with cash salary pay slips got approved or in pending state please respond. |

And one thing, you have to mention exceptional consideration mentioning the reason for submission the Provitional Bachelor Certificate.
And there is going to be a change in the immigration systems in 2008, Tier system no more HSMP!! so try your luck as early as possible.

I believe its risky to apply without original certificate. I haven't seen anyone who got approved with provisional certificate. Although you can try along with your UK MSC certificate which will carry a lot of weight I believe and take IELTS test for the english language requirement as because you dont have the original certificate. |
