Please read the below care fully.
My friend received his GC without EAD in close to 4 months under EB1C
Another friend of mine got an EAD & then GC in 9 months under EB1C
In my case I got an EAD - concurrently filed on 28th Jul-08..No sign of AP as well so far...I need to travel to India -end of Nov 08 & entire Dec-08.
Have a valid L1A till Jan 2010
Questions -
1# Does that mean that my GC will be delayed?
2# What will happen if my FP notice comes during that period & I am not available?
3# Will the USCIS consider the my case as abandment of my application?

Applied concurrent I140 & I485, AP & EAD... on 29 July
I got receipts for EAD & AP & I think for others it must be with my employer...
EAD status is "Card Production ordered" as of 26 Aug
AP is pending...
Others I don't know as I don't have receipt numbers |
