My cousin who is a graphic designer is looking for a job with companies which sponsor H1-B visa. Can anyone help and let me know the companies who sponsor/might sponsor H1-B visas for internationals? Or if you know of job openings in such companies, please let me know. I'd really appreciate it. And if you have ideas for job searching for internationals, please let me know also.

Topic: Experience with LUDs
The LUDs I have for my I-140 and I-485 until approval are: I-140 received, I-485 received (semi-concurrent), document mailed (old FP notice sometime in late June), I-140 approved (8/26/2008), I-485 approved (card production ordered-8/27/2008). None of those mysterious soft LUDs for these two cases. I did get a soft LUD each for my AP and EAD a few days before approval. |

The "document" finally arrived yesterday, and it was .... old FP notice for my husband that got sent to our old address. I will update again when my husband is approved. |

So why was your wife's case delayed? And did you do anything to get hers processed or did she just get approved without you doing anything to "jump start" it? |

Hi all,
Please help me decipher USCIS. I got a card production ordered message on August 27, but my husband who is my dependent got a "document mailed to applicant" message on August 27. Yesterday he called USCIS and they told him that he has not been approved. What should we do? Is it possible that he has been approved and the message says document mailed?
His AP and EAD have not been approved either, but there were soft LUDs on both of them on August 27 as well. My I-140 was approved on August 26. Thank you for all your help. |
