Topic: EC taking more than 30 Days !!

Hi Sal,

My first suggestion to you is SUBMIT CA CERTIFICATE, it has lot of weightage.
Write a covering letter explaining your entire details.
On the date of submission, ask the bank to give you the statement even if you have 2 days old statement with you.

Q1-Answer: Funds maintained in Salary Account for 93 days and statements provided for 18 months.
Q2-Answer: Same as above
Q3-Answer: 18 Months along with exchange rate on date of submission.
Q4-Answer: Covering Letter, Copy of HSMP letter, her salary slips for 12 months, bank statements, company letters, doc checklist, Marriage Certificate, Invitation Card, Photograph
Q5-Answer: I wrote accompanying me.
Q6-Answer: Yes I did from www.booking.com, show google map location of hotel as well.
Q7-Answer: Mail trails attached.

Observation:
1. If CSR in BDHC tells you that decision has been taken but it is awaiting manager's approval then its a REJECT.
2. If CSR in BDHC tells you that enquires are going on and within few days of your call you receive results, chances are that its POSITIVE.

My case is similar as yours, I applied on 27th June to Mumbai, North VFS.

I get the same reply that the application is under enquiry and will proceed with it once it's completed.

Topic: Administrative Review from May 2008

hi adreview,

since vanitha is not replying, I'm wondering that could that be the reason for her refusal as she mentioned.

Because as per her comments she had taken statement on June 30th and filed application on July 07th.

Including June 30th, July 07th falls out of 7 days scope.........

Please add ur comments.

Regards.

Hi vanitha,

This utter nonsense, did your statement on 30th June mentioned that the closing balance as on 30th june was xx amount?

Is so, then it is purely nonsense peoples sitting out there....

Also, could you please share your timelines.

Regard.

Topic: EC taking more than 30 Days !!

Hello Anand,

That's the same response I've been getting from BDHC, I'll be completing 30 working days today.

Observation: Most of them who got VISA approval is within 1 month time frame ie; 18-20 working days.

Has anybody beyond 25-30 working days got the visa?

Regards.

Topic: EC taking more than 30 Days !!

Hello all,

As per my latest conversation with BDHC (Mumbai) I was informed that due to systems not working from 23rd July till end of July, VISA applications were delayed.

Anybody else having additional info, please share.

Regards.
