thank you tatata, you mean to say if I for EC before june 29th Maintenance of funds is not required. Let me know if its true, i got approval in March itself but because of 2800 GBP i m waiting for the funds maitenance eligibility. |

I did not take the loan for this funds maintenance purpose, but i have taken loans for other purpose before applying for hsmp approval and there so many transactions in lakhs for deposits and withdraws. when you are planning to go for EC.

If that is the case, already i am running 3 personnel loans and for which EMIs are deducting from my salary account. I think that is not a problem as long as we can show the 2800 GBP in our accounts.

Today morning I called up Bangalore VFS @ 080 40084008 and luckily they answered my questions.
1. I have valid HSMP approval letter which I got in Feb. If I go now for EC, will new rules applicable for me?
Ans : Yes.
I asked what are they?
Officer: You have to show 2800 GBP account balance for three months and Visa fee is 17000/-. you need to fill the VAF2 form and as well VAF9A in maintainance section.
