We'll face the same backlog in processing of I-485, citizenship, etc. There're just too many of us needing services of CIS at the same time.

USCIS is beyond any jurisdiction and they have thier own rules. They dont have to follow thier rules just becasue they publish them somewhere. I highly doubt it is even ND since my 140 clearly shows ND as July 11 and RD as july 10.
USCIS also published e-filed cases will be considered the same way as that of paper filed cases. |

I did ask , Different IOs give different answers and some just dont give answers , suggest me to patiently wait.
It pisses me off getting different asnwers everyday. They have no consistancy , how could we expect our 140s to be processed in time if they take different directions every day. It is a mess out there at TSC |

I doubt it , My NC is cleared long time back still they are not touching my 140. It is just the way they operate.
We all know that PD current cases 140s , Naturalization cases are more priority over all other 140s... |

Topic: Still waiting for my I-140 to be approved..still no news...frustrating
My employer doesnt really care calling USCIS and gives me all kinds of excuses. Attorney said she would try opening an SR when she finds time in the next month or so
I called TSC today again , same reply that thier superviser will be informed about my Case. I asked IO whether they actually send these emails to supervisers as they mention to us & even if they do , is this email any effective considering the fact that " superviser email thing" happened with me atleast 10 times in the past 3 months.
She said now TSC is processing July 19th cases and my RD is july 10th, So it should be effective atleast now. Seems she is not confidant about her superviser. |
