Thank you for the response, i feel good now.....So it means , i have to write my full name as appeared on Birth certificate, cause i have the same situation where i only write my middle and last name...in all my ID's and other Docs...
Also my wife/dependent did not get the Biomatrics..so i think its because of name difference in BC...
I hope you get the good news soon..inshallah...please update when u get the GC approval...

Topic: Different name in Birth certificate
Thanks all for you input. YES i received an RFE for the name difference in BC and all other documents. I replied for the RFE with the affidavit with notarized copy from my father. Explaining why I dont use my full name etc. Now i got this new fingerprint appointment with the NEW name...So i hope I show them my BC it should not be a problem, but in BC there is no picture..so that might create issue..I hope it will go smooth..

Topic: Different name in Birth certificate
Hi Guys,
In my birth Certificate i have first, middle, and last name. But in my all documents, like passport, EAD, license misc i never used my middle name...and now USCIS says, why do i have different names in BirthCert form all other docs...and they ask me do finger print with the full name...(first, middle, last)
So question is, when i go to the fingerprint, i DONT have ID which has my full name. is this going to create a problem?
Any input will be appreciated.

My wife and I have EAD and waiting for Waiting for I485 (AD July 07) approval....i-140 already approved...ROW EB3..PD Nov 2003.
Now my H1B is expiring next month..Do need to renew H1B does it matter..what will be the benefit?
OR can i just use EAD to work...???

I am completely Agree with NO WHINING..and go with flow...as long as we all have EAD and now that we can change our jobs by using AC21 there is no worry for all of us to get panic....
