Do you know how many letters do we need to send?
Does it make sense to send multiple times by the same person?
Thanks.

Though the same RIN 1615-AB92, the following part has been removed from the latest version in 07/2013. It sounds like USCIS has learnt some good stuffs from Senate CIR bill.
Let's hope for the best in any way!

"and have extended their authorized period of admission or "stay" in the U.S. under section 104(c) or 106(a) of Public Law 106-313, also known as the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act of 2000 (AC21). "

This is what I found out. There is no H-1B 6 years limitation.

Granting work authorization to H-4 spouses, including to those foreign nationals who come from countries that do not offer reciprocal treatment to U.S. spouses.

Hi vinny41377, what I understood was, the requirement of H-1B 6years has been removed. Then H4 will be the same as L2. Isn't it correct? Could you or someone please confirm? Thanks.
