Topic: LUD on 485

I saw something like that before.
The guy was really concerned about the fact that he was not getting his FP notice. His user ID was "retalax". When he was trying to make USCIS to generate his FP notice, they told him that it's not such a good idea because it might trigger additional NC procedure that for him already started. The guy was approved long time ago and it seems that his NC was cleared before FP. Could it possibly be correct? I don't know. Try to find "retalax" on trackitt and read comments for him.
Hope it helps and Good Luck :-)

Topic: name check process

I know that my NC was initiated 3 days after my application was received much before FP notice was sent to me.

Hope it helps and Good Luck to you

Topic: what does 'approval notice sent' mean for EAD?

I think it has something to do with actual mailing of EAD card. I had my EAD approved and that was the latest message I've got.

Topic: Please answer this AC21 question!!

Try to make sure that the job description for both of the positions is similar or the same.

Topic: November processing time prediction!

I think that the way system works is that as long as NC for an application is pending, the case is not being taken into consideration when Processing Dates are posted. However, once NC is approved for the application, the case is considered to be pending if at the time of publishing the new month processing dates the application is not approved. That's why we see dates moving back and forth

I'm not a lawyer and this is my personal opinion after 11 month of observation :-)

Good Luck to all of us

Topic: EAD or H1

I think that You can work on EAD or extend your H1 as long as I-485 is pending

You can place an official inquiry with National Service Center to get a reply regarding the reason for your case being pending over official PD.
Good Luck

I had no LUD after FP. FP date was Dec 19, 2006. My LUD on 485 was on Jan 2007 after I-140 approval.
