I also thought the same when my EAD was approved with no word on the I-140, but the I-140 approval came about a week or two after receiving the EAD in the mail. Hang in there, it's on the way. |

Ok, my i-140 is approved, I have a new EAD good for 2 years and my case just got transferred to the NBC. I have searched this site for a thread about this. I found a 52 page thread which was a bear to read! I still can't make out how to determine the processing time for I-485 at NBC. It doesn't exist on the Uscis site. Does anyone know?
Btw, I am somewhat irritated at this turn of events! I was so hoping for a simple approval. I have had a previous denial which is in appeals. I think that is the fly in the ointment. Do any of the gurus have some thoughts on this? Or anyone who has had a similar experience? |
