Topic: Question: how valid is the processing time report from USCIS?

They seem to be working hard/trying to appear that they are reducing the backlogs. They just posted new processing time frames for FY2009.

Topic: Question: how valid is the processing time report from USCIS?

It is extremely discouraging knowing there is no consistent system to gauge the timeline of our applications. Ugh!

The change in dte surprised me too. Does anyone know what the general time frame is for CSC to approve I130 applications?
