still the same error. I remember before after some period of inactivity it used to go away. But for last 30-45 days I always get this error. |

For past one month I have been receiving the following error when I try to access the login page for case status
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/logon.do
"It was reported to us that your computer or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. If you feel this has occurred incorrectly, please contact the USCIS webmaster or the Customer Service Center for assistance."
Does anyone know how this can be fixed. |
