Can some one please provide me the list of documents I need to submit for EAD and AP renewal.
Also I visited USCIS website about I765 renewal here is the link

which says:

If you are filing for an extension of your Employment Authorization and your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, was filed before July 30, 2007, then you must pay the $340 filing fee.

According to above statement any one filled I765 before July 30th 2007 must pay renewal fee but what about person
filed after july 30th 2007 do they need to also need to pay the filing fees?
I have filled my EAD and AP with my I485 in August 2007. Do I need to pay filling fee for renwal? |

I am on EB3 Pd:12/27/04. EAD and 140 approved. I am confused on EAD Vs H1b.
What the purpose of use EAD if I am continuing with my current employer. I think we need to use EAD when we are doing AC21
is that correct?

Hi All,
Currently I am on H1b. I have my own website. I want to affiliate with some online malls to sell their products through my
website or refer their products from my website. They asking me to fill out W9 form where I need to provide them my SSN so they can process form 1099 for tax. I have I140 approved and I485 is filed.
Will this affect on my H1B status or on my green card process?
Thank you in advance to all of you. I am sure many of use have this question because most of us are in computer industry
and wants to earn extra money. |
