Topic: HSMP dependent VISA enquiery to my employer
Hello,
My wife who is in india has just applied for her dependent visa from india. I am at the moment on HSMP visa from march 2008.
My current does not know that I am on HSMP as they applied for Workpermit for me before this.
My question is that what is the possibilities that BHC in india would call up my employer here saying "so and so has applied for HSMP dependent visa ... does the HSMP main applicent work here?" Obeviously this would put me in troublesome prosition with my current employer!
How often BHC does this? Any ideas?
I havent provided any specific letter from company for the dependent application as it would alarm my current employer!
Instead I have provided an old letter (6 months) which is issued to all employees in the company as just a notifications.
I also have provided 6 months salary slips and bank statements.
Would I be in trouble?
Many thanks in advance for the reply.

Topic: Apply for FLR(HSMP) in Jan 2008
Hi Guys,
I have a strange question for the HSMP visa (FLR) process.
We are all aware that there will be a change in Jan 2008.
I have got the HSMP approval last week. my question is that if I apply for FLR in Feb 2008 then will my approval letter be still valid?
Thank for talking time to reading this. Waiting for the reply..
Cheers

Topic: Caseworker allotment and Ref No
Hi,
I have a bit of confusion about the caseworker allotment and a ref no.
If they give you a reference No , does that mean that caseworker has been assienged to your case.
I am asking this becasue 5 days after submitting my application I have received the ref no via email. I rang up the homeoffice and a very nice lady told me that a caseworker is assigned to my case and my ref no . The name of the caseworker she mentioned was the same that was in my email.
Today I rang up the home office and they told me that caseworker has not assigned to my case!!
My que is that "If you get the reference no does it mean that a caseworker is assigned to your case?"
Cheers

Topic: Plz Help me .. check my docs
I think you also should put 12 months bank statements and a covering letter. Also Put the tax return to prove that the tax return does not cover full period claimed. |
Topic: New rules from April 2008
Hi,
There are less real news and more speculations about the new 5 tier system which will be in place from April 2008.
If I get initial HSMP approval. How does it going to effect me interms of extension.
Or is it a wise idea to stay on Business and Commercial Workpermit rather then to go for the HSMP!
Does anyone have any idea upto what extent new HSMP rules will change if it change from April 2008?

Topic: English language proff > dont have original 1st degree certificate
Hi,
I am in a strange situatiom. I have compeleted my MSc from UK . I have done my BSc from Pune India in 2003. At that time I missed the date thats why I didnt applied for the Bachelor's certifiate.
Now I have applied for my certificate with the help of my family member in India. But the certificate will be with me by Jan 2008. The problem is that if I wait for that long time then my Birthday gets pass and therefore I will not be able to earn necessary points which I can now.
My question is to prove the English language . What other documents I would need if I dont have my orginal degree certificate.I have following things with me.
1. Provisional Degree certifcate.
2. Degree Transcript
3. Receipt of the application of degree certificate (about a week old)
4. Letter from the college in Pune where I studied confirming Degree awared, Date of award, my name and language of instruction as English.
Will it be sufficient?
Please help..
Cheers
