Oh Lord if you're listening -
It is hard enough in this economy to survive and in addition we have to deal with immense uncertaintly with USCIS, and on top of all that dealing with blood sucking unscrupulous without any morals, ethics nor values desi employers is just the last straw. Is it worth living life like this? 1/3 of my life has been spent this way, when is it going to end. I know you will still throw more challenges and obstacles my way, don't worry I will not be surprised. Knock me down, I will get up again & again... I will not give up now nor will I rest till my death until justice is served. You can destroy my life but I will make sure to take those desi employers with me to hell as well.

Prayer really works and faith becomes reality.
People prayed for my GC and us too.
We received our GC last week.
My date became current on Aug 1st.
I received CPO email on 13th and
received the physical card on 19th.
God answers sincere prayers and He honors the faith

Topic: can i adopt a kid in USA while my i-485 is pending ?
We tried to have a child from 8 years with no success. I went through all types of treatment in USA. We are on H1B visa.
We have been thinking of adopting a child for a long time.....but we were told that we should have a GC or Citizenship. When I read your message...I can't believe myself...God has sent the messenger that we have a chance to adopt a child at this time.

Thanks for the update gcyet. I may not be able to post more often due to a job transition but I assure everyone that you are on my prayers every single day. God knows what to give you and when to give it. I pray for strength, patience and understanding to all of you. You will see the Green in due time, don't get weary because it will come.

For those of us who believe in the power of prayer, let us bind together and make our petition known unto God!
I would like to invite anyone regardless of religion to join me to pause and offer a 2 minute prayer anytime everyday. Let's ask God to guide and enlighten USCIS so they could adjudicate all pending cases in right order and timely manner.
The more we bind ourselves in prayer, the stronger it gets. Please remember everyone who has a pending GC in prayer if you would like to join. Add your name/alias to the list if you want me to pray for you too. God bless us all.
