ut depends on your medical results expiration. |

your e-client status will change the day visa is issued, next day you can track your USPS it will show they have mailed the passport back to you. they will issue the visa first and they will mail the passport next day. that happen in my case. i am giving you my point of view purely based on my experience. |

I GOT MY PASSPORT REQUESTED from Seatle last FRIDAY, I HAVE 15 DAYS TO SEND THE PASSPORT.here is the letter what it says. if anybody else get the same letter please share it.
This concerns your application for permanent residence in Canada. .The processing of your application is complete. We require valid passports for you and any accompanying family members before we can issue your permanent resident visa(s). You must provide your passports to our office within 15 days. Failure to do so could result in significant processing delays or the closure of your file.
Pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act a visa shall be issued if, following an examination, an officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.
On receipt of your passport(s), your permanent resident visa(s) will be valid until ---------------or your passport expiration date, whichever comes first. You must use your visa(s) by that date.
Passport Requirements We require an original VALID passport for yourself and every accompanying family member.
• Passports for all family members must be submitted together.
• Enclose the passports in the envelope provided.
• There must be at least one blank page in each passport. If there are children included in your passport, there must be blank pages for their visas as well.
• The immigrant visa placed in your passport has an expiry date. You may enter Canada any time before the expiry date. The expiry date cannot be extended. If you fail to enter Canada before this date and still wish to immigrate to Canada, you must reapply by submitting a new application and paying a new processing fee. There is no guarantee a future application would be successful.
• Please note: Immigrant visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.
Important Information If any of the information you provided on your application form has changed (e.g. marital status, newborn children including US born children), it is important that you contact this office for instructions before submitting your passports. The Port of Entry Officer will refuse to allow your entry to Canada if you fail to advise our office of these changes before proceeding to Canada.

Option A: Bring your passports in person
Bringing your Passports in Person • Passports can be brought to our office:
1501 4th Avenue, Suite 600, Seattle, WA 98101
• Passports may be brought in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:00 am. Bring this letter when you come in and take a number for General Enquiries. You will be called to a window to submit your passports and photographs.
• Your passports and visas will be ready to be picked up between 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm the same day.
• You must bring your passports in person. A representative may not submit passports on your behalf.
• For security reasons, the Canadian Consulate General does not allow the entry of recording or transmitting devices into the immigration waiting room or interview areas. This includes all types of cameras, recorders, and cellular telephones.
Option B: Submit your passports by mail or courier
Mailing your Passports • The security of your passports is important to us. We strongly encourage you to use United States Postal Service Express or Priority Mail (if in the USA) or FedEx Courier Service (if in Canada). This allows you to track the delivery and return of your documents.
• Our office is not liable for passports that are lost or stolen in the mail.
• Send your original passports with this letter in the envelope provided
Return of your Passports • We will return passports to addresses in the USA or Canada only. If your current mailing address is not in the USA or Canada, you must bring your passports to our office in person.
• Once you have mailed your passports to us, they will be returned to you within 15 business days from the date we receive them.
• Passports sent to us by mail will be returned to you by United States Postal Service regular mail unless you use one of the premium services described below.
• Passports sent to us by mail cannot be picked up in person.
Addresses in the USA • If your address is in the USA, the Consulate will return your passports by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. Please provide a pre-paid, self-addressed return envelope with the correct postage affixed. We will not use registered mail, certified mail or return postage coupons.
• If First Class Mail is not acceptable, please provide a pre-paid, self-addressed United States Postal Service Express or Priority Mail envelope with the correct postage affixed. Enter a daytime telephone number on the mailing label above the recipient address. Make a note of the tracking number.
Please note that we will not return passports to US addresses using ANY commercial courier service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).
Addresses in Canada • If your address is in Canada, the Consulate will return your passports via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Please enclose a self-addressed return envelope.
• If First Class Mail is not acceptable, please provide a completed FedEx air waybill and a return FedEx courier envelope. You must fill in your name and address as both the sender and the recipient on the waybill. The Consulate’s address must not appear on the waybill. You must enter your valid FedEx account number in the appropriate billing information box. Payments by cheque or credit card are not accepted. Make a note of the tracking number.
• The Consulate will not be responsible for filling out courier labels or verifying shipping charges; these are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Please note that we will not return passports to Canadian addresses using any commercial courier service other than FedEx.
We look forward to your early compliance with this request.
