How do they refresh them ? Also when i called using POJ in Nov 07 they told me NameCheck. I did a SR in Mar08 they said additional review. Do you know what additional review means ?

Does USCIS send you notices automatically after fp's expire. Mine expired 3 months ago, no notice nothing. Attorney says USCIS does it themselves. Any ideas ?

My first SR, they told me NC is pending wait 6 months, second SR they told me needs 'additional review' . I have Lived in US for 13 years now , what they hell do they want from us. Just give me my damn GC.

I don't trust nothing these guys say. I haven't seen any CC cases approved from late 2006. This department is worse than any goverment office in India, atleast I know i can bribe someone there and get my work done.

I applied in November 06 using CC but haven't seen a thing on my case, opened two SR's but nothing. Odd thing my attorney received the receipt notice of my I-140 from 2006. My I-140 was approved in Aug, 2006. I have no idea what these guys are doing there at TSC.
