My wife's EAD renewal is approved, card production is ordered (According to the Website). But she have'nt got it in her hand. Can she work before getting the physical card?

Topic: Stats on EB3 India.

The problem is they nobody is taking blame upon themself. It is the corportes are making money out of us.(Not us and the US Govt. both are being slave to the corportates!) Just like the bailout plan Bush had done.. here too we need a bailout.....These company can sell or buy any workers...it is like the slave trade which were there before 80 years. Some Martin Luther King have to come and start protesting and find a way to save us and the Govt. from this lobist!

These type of treatment is good for the Employers. They can suck our juice till we die. They can revoke our I-149 and everything if they need. What we could do is nothing....Work as slaves. My company gives every year a shopping pass for $25 for every year as bonus...(New Year Gift Card) after sucking all my energy out for 12 months. When ask about the GC, he smiles at me and tell, "You are on the edge of getting GC, only I-485 is pending, right?...Don't worry...It will come soon!", I know what is in his mind......!...But this "soon" is stuck in a distant stars which is outside our universe!

Topic: Received a hard LUD after case trasferred to NBC

I too got it around on June,2008. I got trans. from Texas to Nebraska. I got a notice too from USIS which tells that it is transfered inorder to speedup the processes! After that I got 2 soft lud... Then the status is received and pending...No interviews!
