Topic: EB3 with no LUD from receipt date

Hey guys I am in the same boat.
My RD is 8/29/07 Since that I don't have any LUD on my case. Not even after FP. But I called before few days ago and talked to IO She told me that my FP & NC is cleared and wait until visa get available. So I don't know what's going on. Why I don't have any LUD on my case.

Hi my friend ,

Since I filed my 485 but I didn't get any LUd on it but today I called to Nebraska center and find out that my NC is clear. they didn't tell me that When but it's cleared and now I have to wait until it's get current.

My PD is Nov.03. I don't know how long it's going to take it but I am happy to know that my NC is clear.

Topic: Name check & no lud

friends I am tired to check any LUD since I file my 485. My receipt received dt. is 08/29/07 since that day I don't have any lud on my or my family's file. Not even after finger print.

Other question is I called so many time to NSC but every time they says that we can't check for your name check is cleared or not because we are currently doing april. by the way my RD Jul/02/07. How to get information that my name check is cleared or not. I am tired of above both thing. pl. advice

one more thing some people say don't go it's not safe to go over there. How much right they are? In your opinion it's not a problem to go over there and find out.

I have filed my 485 on jul-02-07. I got receipt on aug-29-07. I am done with my fingerprint, I got EAD, I got AP
but on my 485 file I have lud only on aug-30-07 after that I don't have any change in my status.

I am thinking to get infopass to check for my NC is cleared or not? What kind of documents I need to keep with me
when I go for appointment. pl. guide me.

How long you can stay out of USA on AP. and in your opinion how safe to go out on ap. and when you came back using ap they give you new I-94 which is valid for 1 yr. After that you need to renew your h1.

I have cris account but any change or I have ap approval for whole my family I never get any email from them.
