Topic: Next step after IO referral

I filed my case in April. However, I did not get any LUD after my finger printing, which was on May 11.
They issued me a referral number around 40 days back when I told them that my case is outside their processing time. I was told that I will get a status within 45 days. However, I did not get any LUD even after that.

I received a letter today which says they are still researching my case. I might have to wait another 6 months for status on this referral. Please advise about the next step if anybody has any such experience.

Topic: Why worry about retrogression?

I am not sure why you worry about PD retrogression. I could see lots of people with EB2 of PD 2003 & 2004 being approved.
