I wrote to Office of Ombudsman yesterday on this and here is the reply that I received today .....

Dear XXXX

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have inquired about the processing times with USCIS. They indicated that they will be posting updated processing time shortly.

We appreciate knowing about this issue. It is information from individuals like you that help improve the immigration process.

The CIS Ombudsman assists individuals and employers who experience specific problems during the USCIS benefits seeking process, largely to identify problems and to formulate recommendations to improve the USCIS service.

Thank you again for your time and input.

Yes, I have sent atleast 3 mails regarding the Processing Times Page update... it was sent to uscis.webmaster@dhs.gov .

And I would say the response has been good ...... no direct response but have seen the dates updated on the page within 3 days of sending these mails. So, they are obviously doing their part in directing these mails to the appropriate department.

I did get the same RFE since I did not send any photos initially and got my AP after sending the Photos from Walgreens ( with their photo cover ).
