Topic: Recieved H4 Approval notice but not H1 As yet. Is H1 Approved Hi I had applied for a 3 yr H1B extension as my 140 was approved (applied on April 23 2009). Along with that I applied for my wife's H4 Extension. Today I recieved A copy of my wife's approval for H4 for 3 years. The letter was mailed on June 8th 2009. Does this mean my H1 is approved and in mail? I checked online for my H1B Status but the status for both show as recieved and pending. Thank you in advance. Thanks James
