Not to worry, for my case which I filed on 06/26/07 they did not send any receiving notice. I straight got an approval notice on my fathers case on 11/21/07 :)

So just be patient and things will work out as it did for me.

You can track you WAC # (only for CSC) or receipt # on the back of your check from on-line banking, this how I found mine.
