Topic: Question about PD or RD

Hi All,

My PD is Jun 2004 and my RD was 15 Aug 2007 (ND 10/09/2008). The documents were originally sent to TSC and got transferred to NSC. With that PD and RD is view, would I be the towards the end of the processing line since the ND is quite late? I always thought it is the PD that is most important. Any opinions are welcome.
