Topic: Does Anyone have unsuccessful interview

In July 2006.

I just read the link you provide me. It may not apply for me.
I was F-1, H-1, in the United States.

I and my husband were classmates in college but I never noticed him.

By the time he persued me, I had seizures. I thought no one wanted me so I married him.

Over these years, we were peaceful but I feel i always feel I miss something until I met Jeff.

I was soo faithful to him while I was in FL. I never went out with anybody else.

Any suggestions during interview will be helpful to me

I think my interview will be in next three months.

I was seperated with my Chinese husband in Jan, 2006. I was in FL. He was in TN. It was good from Jan to July 2006. I did resist tempertation at work. He stayed at home in 2005 while I worked in NY. I couldn't quite my job in FL since I had employment green card petition. He had a postdoc position( only one --two years contract)

Can I talk that we were seperated for more than two years during the interview?

Topic: Does Anyone have unsuccessful interview

Thank you Frantisky,

My concern about unsuccessful interview is I was married before. The legal ending date was in Feb, then I got remarried in May.

I had peaceful marriage with Chinese husband but I knew I never truly loved him. He loved me very much. After we finished our graduate degree in U. S, he couldn't find a job in a year-I made money, he stayed at home. He was a bit of lazy to submit resume. Eventually, He found a postdoc position. We were separated for a half year (in different states) then I met this American guy. He has been sooo faithful to me and I know he loves me very much. We have been seeing each other for more than two years ( 5--6 hours flight from OK to FL) every other week. I knew it might be wrong but I couldn't stop seeing him.

I don't know what I should present during interview for the fact that I am remarried so soon.

thank you very much.

What about if we don't have joint bank account but we are planing to buy a home soon.

If we don't have joint account and property, is it OK?

Thank you for your comment.

I shouldn't worry.

I think I worry a little bit because I have no relatives in U.S and no friend in this area

Everything is unpredictable. I gave up a very nice job in FL and just moved into OK. as well as employment GC.
i don't think I could find a job here.

Topic: simple questions and can I ask expedite for I-485

No. you wrote "unconditional has expiration date" please check it again. (Typo??)
From my understanding, it should be conditional has the expiration date.

I am just wondering: I had an offer from Boeing. They checked my work authorization card, it couldn't apply.

I mean, if they see the expiration date on the conditional, it is not that good for me.

I know a hiring manager in P&W talked me that he wanted to hire someone who is married an U.S citizen but he couldn't do it.
I am wondering at that time he or she didn't receive conditional GC or conditional GC doesn't apply for those companies like in the area of aerocraft engine. Do you know someone has this trouble?

My husband works in Airforce (PhD) but I can not work there until I receive citizenship.

How long will take you to obtain citizenship after you submit application?

This is a unfriendly answer.

I am confident about my marriage so far.
