Thank you all for your replies. I was trying to find this guy's phone number from the internet, but failed. I will do as you suggested: Fexdex it to the CA address, and request a return service if not deliverable. If the mail returned to me again, I will send back to USCIS. |

Just called TSC, waiting time was 2 mins. A very nice lady told me my NC is still pending, all my family members cases are with the same officer (although we submitted separately). She said "No decision made yet, but don't worry, your cases will be approved very soon, before 4/30". |
